Holy Week Is Here!

Two gatherings in our Pastoral Charge will help enrich our faith experience as we move through our Christian story from Palm Sunday to Easter.
On Thursday, we will gather in Clearwater to celebrate Maundy Thursday by having a Seder Supper. This traditional Jewish meal tells the story of the Hebrew people’s Exodus from Egypt through symbolic food and scripture readings punctuated by the youngest asking, “Why is this night different from all other nights?”
On Good Friday, worship will be held at the Church of St Paul at 11:00 am. This service is an opportunity to hear and reflect upon the Passion story.
For personal reflection, the lectionary scripture readings for Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Easter Sunday have been posted on our “This Week” page. As well, through Holy Week, there are readings for each day. They can be found in our calendar by clicking on the orange heading in the day.
