In the Season of Creation, and at Thanksgiving, we are especially grateful for the abundance of God’s garden and all that it brings us.  The bible holds stories of how it came to be, and how it has been given us for our safekeeping.  As we all know, however, humankind has imperilled Creation almost to a point of no return.  What are the stories of courage and vision that can encourage us to turn around the path we are on?  Starting Monday September 20th and continuing to Thanksgiving Monday, join us Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays for ten days as we consider stories of creation and thanksgiving.  What are the origin stories of other traditions?  How do they inform us beyond our own story?  How can we use our imagination to re-story the future of our planet, so that we can continue to give thanks for God’s abundance for generations?
