Worship Service and Potluck Lunch

Sunday, November 20th at 11:00 am
at the Church of St Paul

Our two congregations, Trinity Shared Ministry (Clearwater) and Church of St Paul (Barriere) will worship together to celebrate our parish’s ministry as we emerge from the major effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and to rejoice in our ministry with each other and with our priest, the Rev. Bruce Chalmers.  The service will be held in the sanctuary of the Church of St Paul.

Because of COVID-19 restrictions, our Parish did not have the usual installation/covenanting service with the Rev. Chalmers, ourselves, and all the judicatories when he arrived.  Noting that it has been over two years since the Rev. Chalmers became the Parish’s priest, the Parish Council decided it did not make sense to hold the traditional installation/covenanting service.  However, the Council felt it was important to recognize this relatively new pastoral relationship in worship.

Following the worship service, a potluck lunch will be held in the Activity Room of the Church of St Paul.  This will be an opportunity for members of the two congregations to share a time of fellowship.
